Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or attending any events hosted by Spill the Tea. By booking with us or participating in our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Cancellation:

Monthly/Quarterly Meetups: You may cancel your booking for monthly or quarterly meetups with a notice of at least 7 days before the event to receive a refund. The refund amount is up to the discretion of the host and usually depends on whether any specific supplies were bought ahead of time for the event.

- Private Parties: Cancellation of private parties requires at least two weeks' notice due to the sourcing of materials specific to each party theme. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, but please contact us if you need assistance.

2. Event Variations:

- Tea parties may not be exactly as pictured on our site as materials and food availability may vary.

- Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

3. Photography and Social Media:

- By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for social media and website purposes. Photos taken by our staff during events may be used for promotional materials.

4. Private Bookings:

- Private party bookings require a non-refundable deposit of half the booking amount upfront to secure the reservation.

5. Event Cancellation:

- We reserve the right to cancel events for any reason. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide suitable alternatives. If cancellation is necessary due to an emergency, a full refund will be provided, this includes any deposits for private parties.

Continued use of our services after any modifications indicates acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
